Congratulations to the JV Football team and what a way to start the season!

Come out and support our JV Football team

Dr. Snyder came to visit the vet med students this morning to visit with them about expectations and outcomes from the CVA program that they are starting. The four students in the picture are the inaugural Veterinary Medicine class, and have started this fall with me to earn classroom hours towards their certification, and will be getting clinic hours with Dr. Snyder when he takes over the class in January. A lot of people don't know this, but they have to earn 500 hours of combined clinic and classroom time to qualify to take the certification exam. Luckily, we have a vet on staff to make getting those hours much easier.
I'm extremely excited for these students, and proud to be a part of a district that has these opportunities for them!
-Ms. Eurich

There will be a High School Band Booster meeting on Tuesday, August 17th at the High School Band Hall at 6:00PM. We need all High School band parents to attend.

There will be an informational meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday (8/17/21), in the cafeteria for any students in grade 3-12, interested in showing pigs at stock shows. Parents or guardians of students interested should attend the meeting.

Due to a printing error the yearbooks from 2020-21 will not be in until mid to late September. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you no longer have a child in school in Sunray or have moved please email Jennifer.goolsby@region16.net to make arrangements for when they arrive.

Attention parents and fans planning to attend the football scrimmage tonight at Highland Park:
As you and your fans arrive at Highland Park tonight for the scrimmage please be aware that they have some construction still underway near the visitor bleachers on the east side of the stadium. You are welcome to join them in the home bleachers or bring lawn chairs to sit on the visitor side of the track. The track can be accessed from the east side parking lot by using a gate that is on the south end of the bleachers. Using this gate will avoid walking in dirt/mud due to last night's rain.

Homecoming is Friday September 10th. Here are the dress up days to plan ahead!
