Dr. Snyder came to visit the vet med students this morning to visit with them about expectations and outcomes from the CVA program that they are starting. The four students in the picture are the inaugural Veterinary Medicine class, and have started this fall with me to earn classroom hours towards their certification, and will be getting clinic hours with Dr. Snyder when he takes over the class in January. A lot of people don't know this, but they have to earn 500 hours of combined clinic and classroom time to qualify to take the certification exam. Luckily, we have a vet on staff to make getting those hours much easier.
I'm extremely excited for these students, and proud to be a part of a district that has these opportunities for them!
-Ms. Eurich
